Cooking InstructionsAs all appliances vary, these are guidelines onlyTo cook from frozen...OVENPreheat oven. Fan 180°C / Electric 190°C / Gas 5Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 55 minutes.Allow to stand for 2 mins and stir well before serving.Make sure the food is piping hot.MICROWAVE900WDecant from the foil tray into a microwavable dish and then cover with a suitable lid.Cook on full power for 4 mins, stir & re-cover, followed by full power for 2 mins 30 secs.Allow to stand for 1 min and stir well before serving.Make sure the food is piping hot.Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 72 hours.Follow the cooking guidelines but cook for 35 mins in the oven and 4 mins in the microwave.Again, make sure the food is piping hot.CAUTION: Steam may be released when removing lid.
